Welcome to the Summer - Season 2016!
Dear Members and Friends,
Spring is upon us once again. Easter is very early and as all the other holidays are in May planning hasn’t been easy. On the programme is a first! The first ever trip of the Austro British Society to Britain & more exactly to London. 12 members will visit London in April. Not to disappoint the other members, there will not only be London. Of course there will be an excursion for everybody & this time it is only fair to concentrate on Tyrol. Our excursion, in June, will take us to little known treasures in Ausserfern. The end of season BBQ will be at Zeiner’s, in Birgitz, as soon as school finishes & when the HAK closes for the summer.
The society rooms are open each Tuesday, as always, from 16.30 to 18.30. We need to start our film, talk or conversation at 17.00, if it is to finish by 18.00. If you wish to chat or need to discuss something please come before 17.00.
Don’t forget that tea, coffee etc. need to be got ready before 17.00. Naturally there is no rush to eat or drink but try not to forget the clearing up afterwards.
